SECTION .1400 ‑ SATELLITE JAIL/WORK RELEASE UNITS

10A NCAC 14J .1401       APPLICABILITY

The standards for definitions, operations, construction and enforcement contained in Sections .0100 ‑ .1300 that apply to jails shall also apply to satellite jail/work release units.
